I met the most AMAZING people during the Dog Days.  I couldn't help but notice their endless devotion, and tireless effort when it comes to rescuing dogs. They would bring their best everyday in exchange for puppy kisses and dog snuggles. It became really clear to me and to the dogs that they are indeed Angels.  Perhaps this is why, 

there is a motto among dog rescue people:

'If you rescue a dog, they will rescue you right back.' 

It's true, this actually happens.
